Started in 2010, The Weird & The Wonderful was created to pay homage to the German electronic music scene of the Seventies, mixed with a love for the post punk electronic sound of Sheffield, along with ambient and film sound tracking influences. As a going concern it came to a conclusion in 2016 when founder member Paul Mills joined forces with Graham McElearney to create a new project, Åyusp.
